Booty call:
When the guy wants to see the girl only at night - for the purpose of satisfying his need of sex (usually in indirectly way).
Fling:
Same as booty call but accompanied with some fun time together during the day. It is like a short term relationship - usually happens when the guy is away from home. He just needs a companion while he is away but not looking to proceed with the relationship to the next level. Usually once he goes home, the relationship ends.
Boo:
A cut name to call your boyfriend or girlfriend.
A booty call is casual sex that continues randomly for a period of time. A fling is more like a one night stand or maybe a booty call deal that lasted for a short time. A boo, usually means your girlfriend but really depends on where you live and how the people around you use it.
I think a booty call is more every once in a while, a fling is more like one time thing that lasts longer than a booty call... As for boo I'm assuming that's slang for being a girlfriend based on the guy calling a girl 'his boo'? That'd just be like a relationship again with no guarantee of happy endings.
Booty call is sporadic and intermittent. They are that emergency contact when you are feeling frisky. A fling is usually a non serious relationship the last for a short period of time. It is like the hhoneymoon peroid. Lots of fun, zero responsibilities. A boo is just a pet name for a gf/bf

I see it this way:
A fling involves two people actively making an effort for sexual gratification.
A "booty call" involves two people passively making an effort for sexual gratification.
As for a "boo" ... I don't think it's universal. I've lived in a few places and it meant a few different things ranging from girlfriend to friends with benefits to just a term of endearment with no real attachments.
