Question is in the title best way to heal a bruise
I have a huge bruise on my leg because my bf punched me there. What the best a quicker way to heal it please help?

Step one: break up with your boyfriend so that he won't punch you anymore
Step two: put some ice on it for a while
Step three: avoid touching it or walking into things with it, since a bruise is basically damaged veins that have started bleeding out underneath your skin. The more you touch it, the more damaged and bruised it might get.
Otherwise, there's not much you can do.

I don't know much about bruises but maybe you could follow RICE. Rest it, ice it for only 15 minutes to 20 minutes at a time, wrap it in some gauze, and elevate it. This should help I think I did the same thing when I bruised my wrist pretty badly.

Ice I believe is the best way to get rid of the bruise. You need to dump him quick, if he hits you once, he will hit you again. Its not worth it. You don't deserve being hit. If he's psycho, get a restraining order against him as well.

If you were fighting and this was done in pure anger, why is he still your bf? You should be your ex bf.

2. put alcool on top of you bf
3. light him up
4. turn around and get away slowly while putting your sun glasses on -
It will heel in time, aside from putting some gel onto it i don't think you can heal it any quicker.
