I am self conscious because I am bigger than my boyfriend, advice?

My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year and everything is perfect. Except one thing... me being self conscious. My boyfriend is fit with a six pack and has a very handsome face. I feel self conscious because I weigh more than him. He always says its in the right places ( boobs & curves) but it still bothers me. I have been working out for 8 months and have dropped 13 lbs... but gained 5lbs back because I started taking birth control and my dr said it was normal to gain a little. I really just want to know what guys think about a curvy girl dating a smaller boned but muscular guy.

It doesn't matter! If skinny people only dated skinny people and bigger people only dated bigger people, everyone would miss out on a lot of potentially great matches. I weigh a LOT more than my boyfriend (our body types are complete opposites), but why should either of us care? The only time it matters is when I'm on top of him haha, and I'm extra careful to distribute my weight so I won't crush him :P If your boyfriend doesn't care, there's no reason to fret :)

Give guys more credit. Men have eyes. They normally won't go out with girls who they wouldn't sleep with and they will normally only sleep with girls they are attracted to.

He has eyes, he sees what you look like with clothes on and obviously you appearance isn't a problem for him.

The tallest girl I was able to bed was 5'10" tall and weight 180lbs. If she was fat, she sure looked great! I wanted her to lay on top of me but she was worried she'd be too heavy. I pulled her on top of me anyway and yeah, she was heavy but having that much woman on top of me was wonderful. I loved it. My point is your boyfriend must love your weight.

I have a two pack but I also have tremendous back, shoulders and biceps.

It'd be hard to find a girl who weighs more than me for those reasons.

I can't comment on part of your question because I am by no means a "smaller boned" guy, but girls with a bit of curvyness is great. Not too much extra fat, but a little looks fine.

It would help if you mentioned how much both of you weigh, that way we can see who is the one who needs to lose and or gain weight. For all we know your boyfriend could just be some scrawny runt if his girlfriend weighs more than him. No offense.
