What do I do I'm pregnant and just turned 17?

Question

I'm starting to get a little bump to hide on my stomach. My mom is going to start asking questions and I'm afraid of what she will do. HELP. Any advice.

If you're not going to get an abortion then the only thing you can do is tell her now because she's gonna know sooner or later. I'm really not one for killing a kid but if you have a future and high aspirations then get an abortion, save yourself the heartache. But if you're going to keep him/her then tell your mom, she'll help and you'll feel better with less anxiety if you have someone to help. The clock is ticking------

I know you're probably scared but you are going to have to tell her. She will probably be angry and upset when she first hears the news so you must expect that, but don't let that stop you from telling her.

If you feel you need support, then get a friend with you when you tell your mom. Unless your mom has a history of being abusive to you then you should be OK.

Either way, you need to tell her. Good luck.

Oh god if you are that far along you realllyyyy need to tell someone. You need medical attention for you and the baby. What are you going to do, wait until your water breaks and then tell your mom? She needs to know. Yeah she might be mad at first but that is something you are going to have to deal with. It is not the end of the world but you really need your mom's support. You need to tell her!

Tell your parents. They need to help you through this time. They might freak a little at first but after they calm down, then they'll help you through it. My mom had my sister when she was 17, and had me 2 years later. And she couldn't have done it without her parents.

have a Dr. To make sure your health is good

ask your self , keep the baby or not?

do the father know about it?

stay in school

Waiting longer to let her find out isn't going to make matters any better. You're 17, which is well past the age many girls get pregnant these days. I think you should trust that your mother will be understanding. More than you might expect (once she gets past the initial shock). And you're assuming she hasn't already noticed any signs. You're forgetting she's been through this?

Ok lets think about this, the sh** has already hit the fan, you might as well tell your mom and dad. Now if your parents are as****** depending on what state you live in you might be able to get rid of it. Is this guy somewhat responsible. One thing you NEED to know is that there are a lot people that are willing to help, just have to go about it the right way, call a crisis center they are open 24 hrs, just don't do anything crazy

I think you should tell your mum. Maybe she won't be as mas as you think and even support you. But at least you have someone to talk about it and to find solutions.
