At least for me.my boobs are constantly changing in terms of size and sometimes they hurt or feel tender and such. If you are gaining or losing weight, exercising, stress, change in diet, and being sexually active can alter your breast size which may cause minor hurting or tenderness. This is because they are either growing a little or getting a little smaller. If it is minor I would say to ignore it, but if they really hurt and this has been going on for a few days, I would see a gyno or a doctor.
Generally speaking, women's breasts stop growing about four/five years after they hit puberty, so I'm assuming yours are probably done growing.
Sometimes mine hurt/feel swollen when my period comes around, but if yours are constantly hurting, I would recommend that you go see a doctor.
You could be having some hormonal issues. Those changes usually cause the breasts to be tender.
