Nagging/strong gut feeling that boyfriend has cheated but I have no proof?

I have this nagging feeling for days thay my boyfriend has cheated on me. I do not think he has another girlfriend but I cannot help and feel that he has hooked up with other girls behind my back. I just cannot seem to shrug this off. We have been together for over a year and I have asked him actually many times if he has done anything and each time he denies it and says he has done nothing and will do nothing. But why do i feel this way?
I have caught him searching up girls on Instagram, both girls he knows and girls he does not know. Some of them he has searched up many times. He also followed a woman with naked pictures when we got into a fight and it made me think what else does he do when he is angry? He says he would never do that to me and hook up with someone but i can't help but feel this way. It comes and goes. And I don't know if it my insecuirty or what

You're being super paranoid. Him following random hotties on insta is no different than looking at porn. It's no indication of infidelity whatsoever.

You're just spiraling down a hole of insecurity and anxiety for seemingly no reason. Try and focus on the fact that at the end of the day he's with you, and no one else. He hasn't given you a reason not to trust you. Stop stressing so much.

Just the things listed above. But nothing major. I've also always felt like he has been protective of his phone

In this case, although you may not want to. You have to give him the benefit of the doubt until proven guilty! Otherwise you will ruin your relationship with all the stuff you think your feeling. Think positive! Until proven guilty

could be your insecurity or he is actually cheating. I say you should start looking for the exit.
