How long do you apply the No Contact Rule?

Hi! I've been applying it my whole life and it Works like a charm to get people back (for me)
But, I'd like to know some success stories, did you got people back? Did you and they moved on?

I'm curious about this.

Yes, according to a "coach" he said that from 5 to 7 days of No Contact is enough, because the other person might "fall in love" with someone else. To me it doesn't make sense at all.

If a person falls in love in 7 days after breaking up with you it can only mean 2 things.
1. They are using that relationship as a rebound to "get over" you or to make you jealous.
2. They didn't loved you after all.

30 to 45 days (Regular)

45 to 60 days (Let's see what happens)

60 and up (Extreme)

That coach is high lol. for me however. If we're over that's it. definitely not trying to just make them miss me. That's not exactly a healthy relationship. I know some people who thrive on the uncertainty for sure. But for the long haul , that's a pretty rocky foundation

My last boyfriend left me for another girl and I started no contact 1,5 months ago after trying to stay friends for 1,5 months. I promised myself that I won't reach out to him. Well, in my experience I can't be Friends with a girl who hasn't sleep with me.
There are girls in my life, orbiters, who are waiting for me to give them a shot. Why not tell me directly? Some of my dearest and closest Friends are actually ex-girlfriends of mine. We gave it a try, didn't worked out. After 3 to 6 months of NCR. We started a friendship and almost 10 years later, here we are, we're best Friends.
There have been other girls who never took the jump and stopped talking to me, turns out, they were scared of losing me or ruining the relationship. Guess what they feared happened either way, if you're gonna stop talking to somebody, make it count I'd say. Most of the girls if not all of them that "didn't wanted" to go out with me, once they get drunk they say how much they loved and stuff, why didn't tell me? I was in love with them too! See what I mean?

He cheated or just told you? How did it happen? I need more data.
If you still love him and you're doing NCR that's great! Because, he was the one who messed it up. If you were the one who dumped him, you shouldn't do NCR.
If he dumped you, he is the one who should reach out. And there might be some chance he Will come back, because, if he changed you for other girls just for her looks or ass or whatever, and you were awesome with him, if he sees you being happy with another guy he's gonna regreted. Trust me, I used to help my Friends in high school and college with that. When I was single I used to pretend to be dating them and it fucking worked every single time, yes, they did got the guy back. But then it depends on how you feel with him and so on. So, give it a try, don't reach out, upgrade yourself, so to speak, be a better you, try to be happy, start talking to somebody else, it doesn't matter who he is, if he sees you happy, trust me, he can say he's "happy for you", bs, he isn't. He Will regret it.

So he slept with an other girl and then he started to make her a priority. After a month she made him to break up and got together with her. That happened to my ex-best friend. She was dating a guy, he met another girl and cheated.
She was devastated. I did help her. She was able to get the guy back and made him suffer.
I was there for her, we ended up dating. I loved her with all my heart. She left me for another guy.
So, yeah... that went well.

Being honest with you, my last girlfriend cheated on me.
We had a talk about us and we talked about sex, she said she was
fine without it, she didn't need it, and that she was never gonna sleep with me.
2 weeks later she called, one night, crying. She cheated on me. I dumped her.
I didn't wanted to be with her in the first place, she stalked me and begged for a chance.
I gave it a try and see what she did. I think that if a person cheats one time, they're gonna do it again.
I don't advice on trying to get a person like that back, but I can assure you, he will come back.
If you stop caring and start something new, even if it's a friendship, that guy is gonna come back.
If you decide to take him again, is up to you. You did fine by not replying to his last text.
Just stay strong and do something you love, learn something new and try to focus on other stuff.

Maybe he was a player, one year is something Good. Just think about it, how frequent did the 2 of you used to fight? Was it all Good? Think about the Good and the bad and see if it's worth it. Think about his behavior.

Yes, don't break NCR. If you want him back, give him time. As long as it takes. People say that you should do 30 days, 45 or 60 days. After 60 days you can contact them. But, if it doesn't feel right, don't do it. Keep doing stuff, live your life, And let him reach out to you. Hope this helps. If you need more, let me know. (:
