I haven't talk w my ex for a month. We broken up since March. He wanted to stay friends cuz he cares, and today I just discovered he has a new girlfriend and he deleted me everywhere.
Why would he deleted me anywhere?

Discovering this, made me feel sad that I wanna cry but cannot, at the same time its crushing me a bit.

I know it's crushing and it feels like you have been hit by a truck. But try keeping your head up and move on from him. It will be hard I know. He is selfish. He is not thinking about how you are feeling from blocking you everywhere. You should cut off selfish people from your life. You deserve so much better
