You have to keep trying. Nothing is impossible. You can move on from her.
Firstly, stop stalking her social media. If you want to get over her, you cannot keep stalking her.
Secondly, throw out everything that reminds you of her. Your goal is to move on from her, if you need to achieve it, you have to try harder
Go to therapy. Going to a therapist once to get diagnosed isn’t enough. Get therapy for your OCD and try to control it. Baby steps
Go out and socialize with people. Don’t jump into a relationship because it will only hurt the other person, but try to make new friends.
