My ex boyfriend & his friend is bullying me?

almost a month ago, i broke up with my ex boyfriend of a year. we had been on and off a few times during the relationship as he had been toxic and abusive to me through most of it and there had been instances of him betraying my trust. He had gotten therapy & we had agreed to get back together on the pretenses we would work on things, but when we got back together this last time things had only gotten worse so I had to break things off again. I ended things in a kind and respectful way and there were no hard feelings on either end, or so i thought. Him and I work together, and we will sometimes have to see each other at work. Recently he has been bullying me along with his friend who I also work with. They have been creating group chats with the sole purpose of making fun of my physical appearance and adding my other coworkers into these group chats as well. They also will walk past me at work and laugh and whisper about me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable to be at work. I have blocked both of their numbers, but since they keep adding new people into these group chats, i still am able to see that i’m being added into them. My question is why my ex would flip into acting this way after we broke up. Considering we ended on nice terms, I do not understand what would prompt this behavior. I can understand him being upset about the breakup, but I just don’t know why he has to take to harassing me and bullying me. I want to tell management at my job but i’m worried doing so will just make him angrier and I don’t know what he could do next.
