My ex won’t leave me alone?

My ex broke up with me 9 months ago and won’t leave me alone since will text me on random occasions and then ghost me this is continuous.
I have him blocked on everything except email and he been emailing me lately after warning him to leave me alone I attached a photo to show some of our conversation.

The last thing he said on the email was he would be coming to my work place to get his jumper back all he cares about is this jumper.
He’s been talking about wanting to talk for a long time and nothing ever becomes of it I think he’s just trying to play with my head I dunno what do you think.

Also I scribbled put his name for privacy.

If you’re serious about ending things with your ex then I would start creating some finality to the situation. First, stop replying and engaging his messages. As long as you respond, he will keep trying and the message needs to get through his head that you are done. Second, get him the jumper so he has no reason to contact you further. If you have someone to hand it off to him or drop it off at his house or job then do that. I would send a final message letting him know the jumper will get to him and that it’s your last message. Don’t try to arrange anything because he will drag that out. Just give a time and say that it will be delivered, then wash your hands of the situation.

I understand that’s what I’m doing just ignoring him but I don’t know how I will get his jumper back to him he lives in another county and I’m to afraid to go to his house with his family as there not nice people and I know no one to give him it?

Another country? Oh girl, delete his email and cut him off. I thought he was somewhere accessible. He can buy another jumper, it’s not your problem or responsibility to give it back. I don't know if you mean a jumper cable or clothing but either way it’s replaceable.

Oh no county gal and yes it’s clothing but he’s blocked and I sent the jumper back so on wards and up wards hopefully

Don't reply to anymore emails of his, instead block him. Yes there is an option to block people via email you just have to search Google on how to do it. As for his jumper, post it back to him or try and arrange for someone else to give him to. Worst case, you might need to change your phone number and your email and maybe possibly report him to the police

Post is too dear here to send it to him it and I’ve spent enough on him trying to win him back than to send him his jumper back and I know no one to give it to him

Keeping the jumper means you will still have ties to him. I understand postage is expensive I don't know for me I would just spend the money and send it back that way you have nothing of his and you no longer have a reason for him to contact you, unless deep down you do secretly want him and that's why you are holding onto the jumper

Once they can't get ahold you, they eventually give up. I would recommend that if he knows where you live, to relocate and watch your back if he knows where you work. Change your look and never reply to another message and block out any access he has, including his ability to spot you on any and all social media including LinkedIn and other less used social media that might give away detials.

Sounds like he is confused and/or wants to keep you in his orbit and keep you clinging to the past and him so that he can circle back at some point if things don't work out in his new life. Cut the cord with this dude and go no contact and move on. There's better fish in the sea.
