How to stop thinking about my narcissistic ex?

A week past after break up, i don't wanna go back cuz of the reasons we broke up but i also want him back, guys any piece of advice to wake my ass up?

Don't act on your feelings, just because you miss him doesn't mean you love him. It's normal to miss and I know it sucks being alone. But if you go back to him it will just be the same, you won't be happy. This way it's gonna suck a lot for awhile, but at least without him you have an opportunity of finding true happiness down the road. You wanna give that up?

An ex is an ex for a reason and yes I'm sure there were some good memories, but time heals and you clearly need to move on. So find other distractions to keep your mind busy and it's okay to think about him but just don't act on it. Let it go
