Nah man, he may be bipolar but not all bipolar act like Narcissist. His diagnosis could be wrong or a secondary Narcissist diagnosis is not realized. He's a dangerous dude to both her and you. He thinks he has a fallback law enforcement card with bipolar.

He does not, however, he thrives on the emotional buzz he is getting. These types get off on making her cry or laugh, you cry or laugh, or just general animosity/tension that he is creating. He can live off a lively confrontation for a week. Confronting him is feeding him and guaranteeing continued aggression towards you both.
