Is a divorce or death of an spouse worse?

Even though both are after all the end of a marriage, they are different. Which would you say it's worse?

- Undergoing a divorce with kids involved (either a bitter one, you got cheated on, etc, after all that investment

- You were happily married, love each other, had kids and suddenly your wife/husband got killed either by a terminal disease or an accident (auto accident, in an explosion, etc)

If you are having a bad divorce.. that's just annoying and you would probably rather they died LOL

Divorce is worse because it's a choice. Far too many women choose to end their marriage rather than working to save it and imrove it. Wy have modern women lost their sense of committment?

They're doing a disservice for the rest of us. By doing that, more men in return are keeping her as just a girlfriend for endless years (and making her wait too long, wasting her fertile years), until eventually breaking-up.
