Why is he trying to hide the evidence that he cheated when I’ve already caught him?

I found out my now ex boyfriend is cheating on me, he stupidly left a review about a cabin he went to with another girl (he gloated how it was romantic etc). I confronted him, told him it was over and he ghosted me. However, I saw he deleted the review and removed it altogether. But what’s the point in that? I’ve already caught him, it’s over, so why delete it? I also don’t understand why he’s ghosting me either, I want nothing to do with him and I’ve made it very clear but I thought he’d at least say something? I just don’t understand why he’s going to extremes to hide it now when I’ve already saw it and walked away from him?

Something I'm not thrilled to admit, is that I cheated on an ex before. When she found out, I hid evidence because it was worst that she thought, and I wanted to reconcile that relationship.

Well I say he’s my now ex boyfriend but he’s technically my ex and I was working things out with him. I found out he actually has some kind of relationship with another girl while he’s been working things out with me. So technically he cheated on her with me but it’s still wrong.

I just put ex boyfriend as I imagined everyone would say “he’s an ex move on” but it’s the fact I confronted him and he ghosted me because he got caught. So why remove the lodge review after I found out and ghosted me?

When we were working things out, he said how good we had it etc, it seemed obvious he generally cared so I just don’t get any of it, still angers me that he cheated on her and he still lied to me

It might not necessarily be that he's hiding it, but that since it's out now and you know it, he just wants to move on with girl he cheated on you with. Which is probably why he ghosted you.

He probably doesn't want the other girl to somehow find out about you, or have you somehow get in contact with her, because he probably didn't tell her that he is/was in a relationship either.
