Why do some men keep their ex's number on their phones?

Why do some men keep their ex's number on their phones? Why not just delete it?

Is it because they don't care and don't want to waste their time on such a thing?

My boyfriend has deleted his ex's phone number years before he met me. He just wasn't really into her.

That's what anyone who's looking for a committed relationship should do. If you break up and want to move on, you delete the person from your contacts as well

Could be a number of reasons. Maybe she still gives it up to him. Maybe he’s like me I have a million numbers in my phone that I don’t use anymore but never deleted them. Wasn’t that important to take time to delete it.
