Is it unhealthy to keep old text messages from an ex in your phone? I broke it off a week ago but can’t seem to delete these old messages? I re read them sometimes what should I do?

Nah. Not really. I used them to reflect and to understand what went wrong. I guess it could be unhealthy if are clinging to the past, which I used to do that too if I am being completely honest.
