I have felt disappointed in people quite a few times but yesterday was something a lot.
Not gonna name anyone but it was disappointing to see how people can move on so quickly from a heart break or sadness. It's like a switch just turn it off and everything is back to normal.
Maybe they are right and you can move on within a day Or two but it is hard to understand for me as if I suffer from a heartache it takes a lot more time then a day Or week.
How do you all feel about it?

Lmao i feel like you’re referring to me 😂 But honestly thats just how it is for me. I can go through a serious hardship and be over it within a matter of hours to days. It just depends on what it is. Like for my uncle, I know he's in a better place so I’m over it. As for my guy, finding out he's okay after that scary night he had, made me feel better. And we’ve been in a great place this weekend. My mom could say the rudest shit to me and I could cry about it and be laughing with her within the next hour. One ex and i broke up. I cried for 2 days and by the 3rd, I was already interested in someone new and happy again. And it wasn't a rebound situation. It was a relationship that lasted a good bit. I don't know I just love to smile and feel good and well I just can't stay mad/sad for long. It doesn't meant i wasn't serious in the moment. It doesn't mean I forget things easily. I just can only feel down for so long before i smile again
I wasn't referring to you but good to know you can move on this quickly.
It's completely normal for people to have varying timelines for moving on from heartbreak or sadness. Everyone processes emotions differently, and what might seem like a quick recovery for some can be a much longer journey for others. Your feelings are valid, and there's no set timeframe for healing. It's important to give yourself the time and space you need to heal at your own pace and not compare your process to others'.
