My ex and I broke up after a big argument
He broke down and cried

Then
He keeps saying:
I cheated on him (which i never have…..)
he's depressed coz of me
He doesn't want me
He doesn't love me
He will never marry me
He will never f@k me again
Im disgusting that I fkd around etc
He doesn't care

And he keeps calling me on different numbers saying the same things above

Then his last call he kept saying he's going to go out this weekend and see someone else

Wtf is his problem?

This is equivalent to a temper tantrum except much more toxic. The goal here is to make you feel bad as possible because that’s just who he is at his core: vengeful, bitter, spiteful. The best thing you can do is not respond and use all this as motivation to stay away from him.

Well if he was, would he get the reaction he wants? Whether or not he’s serious you can’t know for sure but right now it’s your job not to outwardly care. It’ll just pump his ego and make him feel amazing that he’s got you down bad again. Whatever he’s trying to get out of you, you at don’t respond.
