He always broke my heart in my 20s and he ended up getting married and having two children. He keeps trying to contact me via instagram and is extremely aggressive. I block him and he makes new accounts. Why is he mad at me for his life choices? I let him go with who he wanted. Why won’t he move on and why is he soo angry about everything?

Dude, this guy is majorly messed up. Who comes back to harass their ex like that? He's obviously still hung up on you if he keeps making new accounts just to bother you.
