For me personally, sex is an utmost bad thing because it is the cause of so many negative issues such as:

* extremely high risk of STD/STI infection
* very high risk of being cheated on
* messy
* stinky
* unhygienic
* not very ecological (need to take more showers than usual, thus waste of water)
* need to perform even when you are not in the mood for it
* need to have to deliver/be ready whenever the other wants it
* very often, the female is coerced into disgusting and depraved acts (oral/anal/BDSM etc.)
* potential damage to your body (tears, rips)
* having to do things you are disgusted/don't want to perform
* expensive (need to buy condoms and/or female BC with potential deadly risks like thrombosis)
* risk of unwanted pregnancies with associated abortions

There are certainly another number of associated negative issues that all speak against being physically sexual. You can achieve a higher level of happiness by just refraining from being intimate because you remove all those worries and risks.

Thus, no, I would never miss fornication, whether it is before a break up or after.

Not at all, you split from your girlfriend, end relationship, that does not mean you have to stop having sex. You are allowed to be single and have no strings sex.

Sex is the thin end of the wedge. It's the loss of the intimacy and the trust that I missed most. And the loneliness was really hard.
