I recently just broke up with or I guess he broke up with me. I was tired of him constantly not prioritizing me in his life, he’d constantly go days without even trying to message me. I even remember this one time I literally just asked him to send me a GoodMorning and he complained about how I was asking for too much from him?

I put my foot down and said if this is going to go anywhere he’s going to have to stop the bs and he STILL kept making excuses about how he was so stressed and tired lately and I said that still isn’t an excuse because even when I’m stressed and tired I make time for him because I cared about him. He was a coward and he just blocked me on everything, didn’t even have the balls to respond 😭?

I really wish I had ended it sooner, I was talking to him for about a year.

I’m not even that sad about it, I’m just relieved and pissed off I was this stupid to stay with him for that long.

Lol don’t be too hard on yourself. When I was younger I made some stupid decisions too. You’d learn more as you age. My last relationship in 2015 didn’t work out due to our religion difference but this story of yours is kinda similar to mine. This guy I was seeing somewhere around 12 years ago, lost his job and went back to his hometown. He became passive but at the same time won’t break up with me. I put a lot of effort to work things out but he won’t cooperate. We ended up separating after I tired of convincing him that we could make it. I am married now with kids. Once in a while, I receive text from him telling me how he regretted what he did, because his wife is nothing compared to me personality and look wise lol.
