me (28 F) and my ex (28 M) went into no contact two months ago. I stopped replying him, and he stopped texting. I bumped into him around the neighbourhood a few weeks back and we did say hi to each other. It was his birthday a week back but I did not wish him hbd.

He is currently travelling now. Saw one of his ig story at a bar that he posted, and I accidentally blocked him on Instagram. I immediately unblock him and realised we were not following each other anymore.

I immediately sent him a following request (11:00 pm), do you think he will accept the request and follow me back? It’s around 5:00 am and I can’t sleep. I think I just saw his ig count increased by one (probably met someone at the club)

I’m devastated. Please weigh in on your thoughts.

Girl, I wouldn't read too much into it. Guys can be so annoyingly slow at responding on social media.

It's only been like 6 hours - give him some time! He's probably out partying with friends and not glued to his phone. Or passed out asleep somewhere lol.

I know it's hard, but try not to obsess over it. Go watch some cute animal videos or a funny show to distract yourself until you fall asleep. One like or follow doesn't mean anything in the big picture.
