Should I go have a drink with my ex’s ex?

So, continuing from previous question… my ex boyfriends, ex girlfriend texted me again and wants to have a drink with me. Says she’s going back to NY that she’s done with him. I don’t want to go because I don’t want to get in the middle of their drama.

If you don’t want to there’s prolly a reason behind it perhaps a gut feeling as u said drama… but i just had to say 2 girls who had the same ex can easily make the bestest friends so quick. It’s just nice to validate eachother's trauma's and have inside jokes about that said ex 😭🤣

Even if she says she's “done” with him, meeting with you could be a way for her to process or vent about the breakup, potentially putting you in an awkward and uncomfortable position. Probably wise to stay out of it.

I don't think there's anything she can say that will be of benefit to you at all, but I might be wrong. If you can think of a good reason that benefits you then go ahead and go. If not, and it's just curiosity, don't bother. You don't need the drama.
