The first girl I was in love with was my high school girlfriend. I saw her a few years after we split up (my mistake for letting her go) it’s been probably 10+ years since I have spoken to her and it’s crazy to think that I most likely never will again.

It’s a weird thought. To think of someone that you literally were in love with before and that now you’ll most likely never talk to or see them again. Regardless if the break up was bad or not.

That is really sad. I will say I am jealous of him just for the time he got to spend with you. But yeah my high school girlfriend is married now and has children. Crazy to think at one point I thought it would be with me.
