After 3 months of the break up, my ex wants to meet up to say goodbye?

We ended our relationship three months ago. He told him goodbye but he did not say goodbye or good luck to me.

He told me that he is very sorry, he feels so guilty, it is his fault, and if I marry someone else it will break his heart. A week ago, he sent me an email hinting that he has a lot to say, but he has been trying to respect my space. I have a feeling that he wants to say thank you for everything and goodbye.

Is this weird? Everything was over 3 months ago. We don't see each other or contact each other. Why go back and open the old can of warms?

Did he ever make you feel like he wasn't safe... You know, like did he gave you a feeling he wasn't right? I have a sister, and she had a bad experience doing something like this. She let her ex come over to the house, I was home for the weekend from college. He had no clue I was in the other room sleeping, I woke up hearing my sister scream and yell at someone, as I opened the door I saw him fling her on the floor. I jumped over her grabbed him and beat his ass all the way out to street... She was very lucky I was home. Turned out he heard she was seeing other guys after they broke it off (not true, she was still trying to get over him) and he confronted her violently. Be CAREFUL! I would meet in a public place!

No, he is not like that. I think at the time of a break up he was really confused. He did not feel he was ready to get married. So, he chose to end the relationship because I wanted marriage. He said if we are meant to be, we will be together. He probably sorted out some things and wants to talk to me...I honestly, don't know what he is going to say to me.

Closure, I know, is an overused word, but if you really meant a lot to him, he'll want to remember your last time together in a positive way. Also, there is not much doubt, from what you said, that he still has hope for a reconciliation.

What I heard from his family that he is still confused...I can't understand how long can one be confused for? He went to buy me the engagement ring and got scared of the commitment. The reason why he ended the relationship is because he couldn't man up and make it happen. ANd now he says he has a lot to say...I don't know why he sent me an email saying this, he should have just wrote everything in the email.

I am going to see him in two weeks, I will finally find out what he has to say. It is going to be hard for me to go through that but I would rather do it and get it over with.

So, I saw him yesterday. He said his life is a hell without me and he is not happy. He never wanted to break up with me in first place. He said he was frozen because I gave him ultimatum to get married. He did not feel 100% ready for marriage that is why he end it. But he is sill not confident about his decision, he thinks maybe he made a mistake by ending our relationship. He said he has realized so much in those three months and he started crying. He said he was only happy with me

But he did not ask me back He said he has matured a lot but he is still missing some life experience. He wans to work on his issues and become a better person. He said he still has tons of respect for me and he does not wish anything bad for me. He said things happen for a reason. And then he gave me a box of chocoate. we did not hug and he said bye instead of goodbye.
