I know so many women hate nice guys. I've figured that out already. I'm not one of them. I want a guy that will remain faithful to me since I will to him. I don't want an asshole, because they are well, assholes. Why would I marry that guy and try to have a family with him when I'm sure there's a nice, sweet, faithful guy out there?
I guess I'm different then every girl now.
Also, I like having the door held open for me. And I always say thank you.
Just please don't act like you're going to hold it open and then shut it in my face

I don't see how women have caused the downfall of mounted warfare. I think that was the Industrial Revolution and the invention of the steam engine.
Another whiny ass post from you. These are your experiences, it doesn't apply to everyone. Many men have no problem attracting women by being a gentleman. It is always a plus in my book. I LOVE gentleman. There is somethig wrong with your personality and thats why u scare away girls even if u try to be fake nice to them. And u can't see your own self so u blame all women for your shortcomings. I think u were raised by a very critical emasculating mother.

I partly agree, and partly disagree. Yes, sex has become very important in todays society. Or have women simply caught up with men? It's not that women prefer assholes, it's that we have way too much freedom now. So we hop to someone else when things get rough, because we can. It's easier than fixing somehow. Kids will end up ok. Everyone can afford their own place, since most women aren't housebound now and have good careers. So when something comes along, that looks better, they wanna try it out. Usually ends bad. Some end up good, and those are the stories you hear about.
I don't think chivalry is dead yet, I know it still lives in me.
But, it is true that the decrease of chivalrous men comes because of women, cause, why would men stop being chivalrous if they can still get girls that way? It makes no sense.
Girls give less importance to chivalry than back in the day, so since guys don't have to put any effort in being chivalrous in order to get the girl, then they're not gonna waste their energy on that.
I don't like to put the whole blame on one group of people, but in this case, most of the blame goes towards women. They're the ones responsible for what they like and for what a man has to do to get them, is chivalry isn't in that list, men aren't gonna be chivalrous.
It's pretty simple.
You miss out a view that make women unflattering. Many women snarl and give you dagger eyes if you act chivalrous to them. @Bandit74 had such an experience when he open the door for a woman who turned out to be a feminist and she basically lectured him on how sexist he was for doing it.
In short some women seem to think when being chivalrous to them you are suggesting they are incapable of doing it themselves. And men aren't willing to find out which women likes it and which one is going to bite at them for doing an act of courtesy.

I hate when people make a claim or backing on just a feeling. Feminism is widespread and it's not just a few women who are feminist. Many women still identify as feminist and we have many women are covert feminist. They act just like feminist but don't want to label themselves as feminist because of the stigma associated.

I think that modern society who turned people to some sort of entitled and selfish mindless sheep has killed lifelong marriage. However you can not put all the blame to women and you can not take examples of your life and conclude that "most women are like this" . In fact i dont think they are or at least i hope. Also to have a good woman as you describe then you need to do your part as a good man, many just ask without been prepared to give
the only woman you should apply your chivalry to is maybe your wife. Women want Alpha males that is they want the best husband they can get, its in their DNA. Now every woman is different in what qualities they value in a man and what they see as Alpha but generally its broken up into different one major attribute or a combination of many such as wealth, muscles/fitness, intelligence, looks, attitude and probably a few more that I can't think of. Above all women like drama and like to be challenged, they will always date up that is they want a man who is superior to them so the can submit, feel comfortable and build a nest to bear kids.
Hence equality can never work out and women and men can never be equal partners in a relationship.

As for the guys Juvenile outlook I agree with you he does seem to have that sad, sappy, "I'm so hard done to and I deserve better" blah blah thing going on. I'm not saying he shouldn't be nice, he should be. Hold doors open for women when ever you want to but you know, if you're seeing a girl or whatever switch it up every now and again. For example if you approach a door and she waits for you to open it for her just look at her and be like "Well?". It's a basic example but that's being a bit unpredictable which women like.

I don't buy that there are exceptions. Especially the self proclaimed ones. Treat em like dirt and they'll stick to you like mud. Everybody wants what they can't have. True, 3rd wave feminism is leaving a lot of 35 year old women single. I look at it pretty simply. At about 30 the eye wrinkles start, before then the sagging starts. Feminism betrayed women. If I were married I wouldn't be pointing this out to all my friends. On the other hand, black women tend to stay lifted quite a bit longer and treat white guys a whole lot better then white women. Just follow the golden rule. Single moms are the easiest. The resume is the kids, they put out. Granted that's kinda bottom fishing but when you don't have time to go girl chasing you can pretty much bank a girl with a kid is single and if not will most likely put out anyway.. i was actually thinking about his and was going to write my own take about this. GIrls i date tells me that "Chivarly is dead" After i tell them im not paying 100% of the date.(50/50)

Really, it is probably the LAST venue where men can receive female attention without becoming a bonded slave. Nowadays men have to take the greater risk when it comes to sex and marriage, putting all of their assets on the line and potentially even being dogged with a false rape charge, so why not legalize prostitution? It is the one way we can be selective and get risk free sex.

I think you nailed it when you said these girls want excitement. These girls wanna go out and be seen, go to bars/clubs, go to venues, and be swept up in a fast-paced lifestyle of debaucherous excitement. Guys who are into commitment and treating girls like princesses don't appeal to these girls because they're perceived as boring and incapable of giving these girls the excitement they crave. You'd probably have better luck with girls that are homebodies, who prefer to stay in over going out.
Listen. The simple fact is, it's a different world today. It's a different society today. Women used to be... Women. Men used to be chivalrous towards women because it was an accepted part of society and everything was smooth. These days, women want to be men. They want their to be no distinction between the 2 sexes. Chivalry simply does not work anymore an I agree with you, it's because of women.
