i will never even approach a girl to give her the options to reject me anyway,

You're absolutely right. Taking rejection with a smile and keeping your chin up makes you that much more attractive to any women who are paying attention. It might even change the opinion of the one who just rejected you.
And the "we can be friends, though" line should always be answered with a no. Never give anything without getting something in return. That might sound selfish, but otherwise you're seeing yourself up to be used

Yeah... You know I actully got a joker smile tattoo on my wrist so when im feeling down and depressed I cover my face with it and it reminds me to just move on and fake a smile.. That's easy for a woman to say, women don't go through bad experiences or rejection on auto pilot like men do. Women will never understand unless they walk in a man's shoes am afraid. I think it's much better if women just did the approaching instead of men according to results, it's feels more linear to be fair.
