Guys and expressing how they feel

It seems like, for the most part, guys like to play the back and forth game. They love to come on super hot, but it seems like all too soon they blow cold if they catch themselves getting too close to catching feelings. It makes us make too many assumptions, that guys only want one thing from us which is not the case.

Perhaps when women come on strong, we have bad habits of getting attached very quickly. But it seems like at least we commit to how we feel, good or bad. There is very little back and forth, if we miss someone, we miss them. If we love them, we know we love them.

On the other hand, guys express their love in a lot of a different ways, rather than just verbally. Helping us, supporting us, being our rocks.

If only they could express to us why they pull and hold us close, only to push us at arms length as soon as we start to warm up.
