So this guy I went to high school with randomly sent me a message on facebook asking how I was. I haven't spoken to him since then (I graduated 6 years ago) so it was a little odd. He was asking about what Im doing now and what not. We were talking about how we had a few classes together, and he said he thought I was cute (I didn't know this back then, he might have had a crush on me? Not sure)
He said we should hang out sometime. Do you think he's actually interested or maybe just reaching out to any girl from high school he might know? How should I interpret this? Thanks!

I think he fancies you, the fact he went out of his way to find you is a sign he likes you.
