What does it mean when a guy calls you "little miss"?

Been texting this guy for a few weeks now and saw him for the second time and he brought me to his house and he cooked me dinner and we watched some shows and talked. He always calls me "little miss" instead of my name-is this a good or a bad sign?

I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing but it's kind of a weird term in my opinion. I would prefer to be called by my name because it sounds more casual. Little miss just seems too formal after a few dates.
