My ex stares at me?

Every time I enter the room he looks at me. Even when other people are around they will look up but will quickly look look down. He stares until I either walk out his view or converse with someone. Even today i was out his view or so i thought and when i glanced to my side i saw him stretching back to look at me. Does this mean anything?

He's either trying to freak you out and make you feel uncomfortable (which it sounds like) or he's trying to get you to talk to him.
