How often should I text him?

I've been seeing this guy for about a month and I really like him. I don't want to screw it up by texting too much or not enough. How often do guys like to get texts from girls they are seeing? He always replies pretty quickly when I text him. If I don't text him all day sometimes he will text me at night asking how my day was but sometimes if I don't text there won't be any contact for a day.

I really like him and don't want to come off too strong or come off as not interested.

maybe a couple times a day lets say no more than 2 or 3 maybe 4-5 hours apart if you feel this is too much then go with 2 times a day with significant time difference

Text when you feel like it, but don't send more than two or three unanswered texts. And don't get hurt if he doesn't respond right away.
