If all the guy is doing is being nice, then I see no point bringing it up unless it's relevant... After all if a girl says "Hi, I'm Jessica" would the first thing you say be, "sorry, I have a girlfriend"? And trust me, I'm pretty open about having one to be fair.
If a girl doesn't mention it as it's not relevant, that's fine. If she point blank lies or pretends she doesn't that's wrong. It possible is harmless but could mean she does have a crush, but that's not an excuse as she's being a little emotional unfaithful
If she stops contacting the person it usually means a girl has come to her senses, but whether that's a matter of being faithful or just a matter of losing interest is hard to say.
As for "not being able to control herself", unless you are high, drunk or having to take strong meds, I personally don't think that anyone can just do be able to control themselves. With humans, it is a matter of choice. A crush is a crush, but acting on it is a choice. There is nothing wrong being infatuated with some guy to an extent, but if you act on it, in this case pretending she doesn't have a boyfriend, whether she does something with him or not, she has still chosen to lie with the intention of something positively happening and that's wrong.
So suffice to say she probably had a crush on me right, being that she'd hang around me all the time, flirt with me, flirt-text and all that stuff, right?

And why wouldn't she mention her boyfriend at all, even when I asked her to hangout -which she agreed to and said she wanted to? Is she trying to keep her options open if the relationship falls apart?

What makes you say that the boyfriend probably found out? Did she tell him, or did he probably find out himself? And they're still together from what I know. Could it just be possible she realized it had gone too far and cut it off?

If they are together then it's likely she told him as of he found out himself then there is less chance they would have worked stuff out, plus if he hadn't found out it would be less likely she'd cut contact...
If she's gone back to her boyfriend and stopped talking to you then I advise that you don't start getting involved with her. It sounds like she might mess with you...
If its online I don't say anything because I assume that they see that I'm in a relationship. Same goes with a guy coming up to me, I don't say anything right away unless they ask or they will start flirting. Majority all of my friends are guys and my boyfriend knows because I tell him everything so he knows what I do and trust me because I can handle it on my own.
But if a girl allow a guy flirting with him and doesn't say anything about having a boyfriend, it shows that she isn't loyal.

Some people will realize what they did, and will feel guilty about it. I remember when this guy added me on Facebook and we were talking and I guess he mistaken my kindness and thought I was flirting. As for the boyfriend thing, I don't think he would of cared unless he's the type of person that doesn't believe someone should be friends with opposite sex while in a relationship.
And not really it depends on the person. Some people like myself doesn't believe in flirting while being in a relationship, because flirting is still cheating.
I think she was hiding her texts from him, like sometime she would really quickly reply sometimes then others she would reply much later at other times. So how does that change things?
Also, what do you make of her lying about what she was doing , case in point, 'Oh I went running with my friends' when you later find out that she went running with just her bf'. Is that sketchy? Is she looking to keep her options open, or looking to cheat?
So he doesn't know about you either then. I think it's best to stay away from her. I think she's thinking about cheating. Also if she cheats with you. She might do it again. " Once a cheat, always a cheat".

I would say I had a boyfriend and decline or at least tell my boyfriend ab it if we wre friends before hand. If not I'll decline I don't need no new friends like that lol. Usually they do, especially if you ask them out... Plus I mean, depending on your age you pretty much know if she's taken or not based on how surrounded she is etc. And doesn't necessarily means a crush, it just means she didn't hide it so much as she forgot to mention it because she didn't consider you as more than a friend and she didn't think it really mattered.

If she backs away yeah, that's a pretty obvious message, but at least she's not the kind of girl that would openly cheat on her boyfriend with the first guy she's interested in. Then I'd say she's a safer bet and you can wait until she breaks up if she does... Things that are supposed to happen just end up happening anyway. And who knows you can meet someone more available if it doesn't workout. It might seem like a big deal because you have a crush on her, but there's more than one fish swimming in the sea

Lol its okay, when a girl asks a girl out while she has a boyfriend, and she's not interested in him she would most likely say sorry I have a boyfriend instantly, because why would she hide it, she's not interested anyway.

Well that's rude that she didn't answer your text messages. Even though it's the holidays it's still pretty cold too do especially if you guys talk in person. Wait till you see her in person and then ask her if she saw your text message.
Could be that she finds you attractive but doesn't have too. But one thing is for sure she clearly likes the attention you give her she probably even knows you like her which makes her feel loved and wanted even though she has a boyfriend. She is just searching for a flirt and nothing more or she would had dumped her boyfriend a long time ago.

Like why would she do this to someone? If I knew a girl liked me and she was cute and I had a girlfriend, I'd be upfront and tell her 'Hey, I'm so sorry to tell you I have a girlfriend. If I was single, I'd jump at the opportunity but I'm in a happy relationship' and then I'd probably tell her about one of my friends or brothers who are single. Like that would be the responsible and good thing to do, right?

To answer your questions no. If I was her I wouldn't give any other person for him. Why should I? And then loose the attention he is giving me.

I don't know if this makes sense, and I hope this doesn't sound egotistical, but I'm a lot better looking than her boyfriend. Like what exactly does she get out of just flirting and texting? Is it to prove to herself like 'hey, Imwith him but if I wanted some cute guy I could have him'.
