Tinder USED to be for hookups but I've never matched with a woman who was interested in that. As soon as it gained popularity that crowd moved out and the general populace moved in. Now it's just a regular dating app really.

You will find that on any site you go. Our sex drives are a huge driving force for us. What defines the dating app is the women that use it, not the men. Men's interests stay consistent generally. The crowd of women that are interested in sex may still partially be there but it's so flooded with women looking for relationships that hookups are a rarity with the app.
