What does it mean, (if anything) when a girl tickles your chin? (See Details below)?

What does it mean, (if anything) when a girl tickles your chin? Met a girl in a nightclub recently when leaving she tickled under my chin and kissed my cheek. Does the tickle under the chin in particular indicate anything, (potential interest) etc, never experienced it before hence the question... All serious opinions/comments welcome... :-) Note: I have a physical disability, I genuinely believe the few women that approach me in a nightclub scenario do so in sympathy as the encounters never progress following the initial meeting:(i. e subsequent contact to arrange a "catch-up" etc has thus far always been politely rejected.
