I am sorry to say this but most likely it's because you are not that much above average. You might be average or a little over it but those apps are completely look/body based. But conversely most girls get matched bc they have make ups and shit. But If you care that much , work out to get buffed and pick really good pics.

What an awful response. Not getting matches doesn't mean someone is naturally unattractive looking. It means they probably don't have interesting photos.

-How did you write your profile, was it generic? I can't remember tinder/badoo, i don't use it, but i think there's punchline textbox so you can write something catchy before your bio.

pretty much don't do what 90% of other guys are doing. Stand out. Humour helps :)
looks matter sure... but people have catfish with the ugliest guys, in the ugliest shots, and still get likes and tons of matches. (you can look it up online)
