Braces on a guy in his mid-20s?

I had braces as a teenager like anyone else, but they did more harm than good, so I had to get them again, only this time I'm going to experience the joy of getting dental implants and a jaw surgery. Until that happens in a year or two, I'm stuck with a mouth full of metal (I went for the classic metal braces).
What do you think of a guy wearing dental braces in his mid-20s? Would that influence the way you might see him as a potential partner?
I'm asking mostly about girls' opinions, but guys who can relate can answer too of course.
I like that idea, I think it can be attractive
