For most guys, a taller girlfriend means a psychological problem because they feel in a inferior position and that is never good for a guy's ego.

Guys tend to want to want to be seen as the dominating element a relation and having a taller girlfriend means that the socially accepted fact that guys are taller than their girlfriend becomes a mental as well as a physical handicap in a relation.

Damn, would like to see a girl taller than 6'7. I know they are some, but haven't seen one myself in person.

I'm 164cm tall, my girlfriend is 175. Never got any problem with that.

@SueShe sometimes, but she doesn't mind bowing down a little to kiss me lol. And it's even worse when she wears high heels!
I admit it feels strange though, that although we grew together (she was my tutor in high school, she's 25 now) she kept growing in height while I stopped growing after 15 lol.

Wow, congrats. So, I read about your little story with the rings.

I just had to laugh out loud because that reminded me of a post about that young teen girl that once asked here on GAG where to hide her little vibrating toy. I almost hinted you to put those rings of yours in the place a GAGer mentioned but then, I decided that decency should prevail.

Well, your girlfriend grew in height and you, you grew in beauty. Both of you are winners after all :-)

lol, I admit that story about the vibrating toy sounds quite sinister, so I won't ask.
In the end she did not find the rings like I thought she had, she almost got angry thinking it was a prank when I proposed to her and then started to cry when she realized I was serious.
She's really happy and so am I. We announced it to my mother and her parents tonight, they approve and are happy for us too.

Perhaps that your twosome will enrich the GAG community with some interesting questions that I always like to read.

PS: by the way, the hiding place for this little vibrating toy was a teddy bear because that was the least place a snooping mom would have looked. That could also have been a good place to hide your rings, provided you brought your teddy bear from when you were a kid :-)

@SueShe Oh, I understand. We don't have teddy bears here, but we have a replica human torso with organs that she used when she was studying as a nurse, perhaps I could have hid them in the rubber colon lol.
