Yes I would. She, like many men and women have had implants of all kinds to make them look and feel better about themselves. Many women have breast implants to make them look sexy. I would be dating her not only for her looks, but also wanting to know more about her. I find nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery to fix a problem or maybe let someone feel better about themselves.

Yes, it depends on how they looked and how they effected intimacy. If she complained about being sore or in pain while trying to be intimate. That would be a huge turn off. I don't mind the implants themselves as long as it doesn't look too out of reality, its the reason WHY she got the implants that would concern me. You don't need butt implants, you can make your butt bigger by working out at least I believe so it could be just an error on my part but I am pretty sure you can make your butt bigger by working out. I personally say it depends on the person before I worry about butt implants. If a woman's self confidence is low enough to overdo it with surgeries (not like just one but kardashian levels of nonsense), then I wouldn't want to deal with her anyways.
