Well I think most guys would prefer his or her girlfriend to be completely natural (not just there but everywhere). My favourite quote is “like because, love despite”. You like someone because….. he or she is hot or he or she might be physically attractive; you love someone DESPITE their shortcomings and imperfections. There’s a huge difference between like and love. You can have a preference for something - be it tall guys or petite girls, but when you truly fall in love with someone for their HEART, nothing else matters. So to answer your question, if she’s the girl I truly love, why would that be an obstacle in my path?

It wouldn't automatically put me off, but I would be concerned bout what work she may want done in the future, how vain she was. I'd prefer someone who can just be comfortable with thier body.

I would not, because implants are a turn off to me. Natural beauty is incredibly hot to me. I don't care if she's completely flat chested or has big and fluffy breasts. All that matters is that I'm attracted to her as a person and she's confident about what she has.
