Finding your dream partner, is it a myth or is it as real as our feelings for them?

Hello everyone, it's my first time here. And it will be a little long. So I'm 21 and I'm single. I go to uni, still studying. At uni, most of my friends are in a relationship. And I'm still single. And maybe I've figured out why. The thing is that I have already portrayed in my mind and created a personality of how my future wife will be like (yeah, I lplan for long term). It's nothing too fancy or too perfect. I just want my future wife/partner to be someone who is mature, financially independent, of good character, well educated, understanding (like our parents who instantly knows when something is wrong with us), pretty (not a super model, just of a pleasant appearance). So my question here is that, do these type of girls even exist? I just want to know if one of you have ever met someone like I've described above. Or am I searching at the wrong place? Or as a last resort, do I need to change my perspective?
P. S I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings. I respect everyone's way of thinking and I expect you too to do so. Everyone have different tastes, right? So I hope you won't judge me while answering my questions. And I realise having a long list of requirements, but I will have a lot to offer to my future partner.

Young man, plenty of women like that exist all over the world. What you have to understand is that you got to take initiative to find that kind of person. The only way you're going to do that is unless you start building relationships with people around you. That means mingling with your professors, getting to know your classmates, joining clubs that interest you, and taking time off to invest in yourself. In order for you to do that, you need to become the kind of person that you say you want to attract. So you're still single because you chose to be single. Nobody is just going to go up to you and say how you want to be boyfriend and girlfriend. That's K to 12 stuff. And it often don't last. People will come to you, but not attend times usually because they want something from you, or they find you sexually attractive, that their concern is seeing you at somebody they want to have sex with. But normally that's about it. They create a fantasy about you just as much as you create a fantasy about them if you guilty of it.

So you being 21 and single is a good thing. Singleness is not a curse and then could tell you this by experience. Focusing going the college and handling your studies is one of the best things you could possibly do to invest in yourself as long as you do it wisely. However you need to focus more so on again being around women of different types and getting a feel of what you're going to be dealing with realistically. Because a woman that's mature handles herself with maturity. It's best not to assume a woman is able to be financially independent, because 9 out of 10 times, if she's not really looking for somebody she's not going to look for you. A woman of good character has to be a somebody that fits your standards of a good character oh, and you have to be very specific about what you mean by well-educated. When it comes to understanding you have to fully understand yourself and not expect her to know you is everything like a mind-reader because that's not how that works in the real world. That overall links to maturity, otherwise you're basically asking for somebody who has a similar personality or characteristics to you. And it's best not to focus on the appearance. It doesn't matter if somebody is pretty, beautiful, or ugly to you. What matters is that inner the beauty shines. Because in a beauty is what you're going to really see if you're not blind to it.

You should know that they exist because we exist all around you. I meet all of those traits, but realize There is a lot more deeper than what you are asking. Religion, views of politics, sexuality, faith, having the same or similar life goals, wanting or not wanting a family, marriage, etc is just as important. Building friendships is very important for you to understand and realize.

It's not a myth... just avoid low value classless chavs and you'll be okay... find interests that the person you talk of would have usually quality is the best bet in that regard
