So I'm kiara I'm 19 and I never had a boyfriend before I want one but I haven't had much luck. I'm a little on the shy/quiet side. And can be a bit standoffish. I'm actually really sweet and friendly and I try my best to keep a good conversation going. Anyways there's this guy at church he's 20 and I like him and i think he might like me too. I'm really not sure. No matter how shy I am or quiet I am he always talks to me. Even if i dont say a lot back lol. He seems to actually care about me. Eventually he got my number so we started talking over the phone a lot recently. And I've been a lot more open and not as shy talking to him now. We've know each other for about 5 months but have been talking regularly on the phone for almost 3 months. he's never said anything about liking me.( like girlfriend like me) And I haven't exactly told him that I like him either. I haven't been able to see him at church since this whole Corona virus thing. (Thats the only place I see him) So he hasn't asked me out on a date or anything like that. (Social distancing) I just don't know. I really want a boyfriend and he's a really great guy. I don't want to lose him if he does like me cause he thinks I'm not interested. So some advice on what I should do please. Thanks so much.

Take it slow. He probably likes you but for now begin to imply you like him (let him know girl!) so when lockdown is over, you can go back and see him so he can ask you in person. Like any good Christian guy, he'll want to ask you out in person rather than over the phone. Send some flirty texts or pictures with 'this reminded me of you' with a funny or cute association. He might not want it to be a 'quarantine fling' either so he's waiting until the lockdown is over so he gets to date you physically, not virtually.

1.) Why donât you just tell him you like him? If he likes you back then thatâs great and if he doesnât then at least you didnât waste any more of your time.
2.) You have a gorgeous face. But if weâre keeping it 100 your leave out on your weave needs some work.
I'd suggest not tusbing anything. The fact your young and want one really bad can make you think irrationally. But if you really think you want something of it let him know u like him or hint a conversation topic that will make him at least think about. At the very least you can remain friends.
Sounds promising. Keep chatting (send him messages or call him and ask how he's handling the restrictions/lockdowns, etc.) until coronavirus craziness clears up and then see about doing something together outside of church.
I get you girl! I am a total flirt and heart breaker, but when it comes to the guy I like, I get really shy and awkward. If you want, start flirting a little bit and see if he flirts back. Just say stuff like "I miss you" or "maybe we could hang out after this pandemic ends" What I have done in the past is get a group of friends together (bowling, mall, just eating out, etc), then invite my crush and just hang out with him most of the time.
You're a very cute girl. I would be surprised if he had no interest in you since you all have been talking on the phone for so long. In my experience, if a guy is willing to be close friends with you, 90% of the time he is attracted to you. Go ahead and pull the trigger, worst case you find out he 's not interested and you can move on but I highly doubt he's not interested.

Take it slow! Let him be the âdriverâ (in control). Donât force things to happen. Just let them fall into place naturally.
I think you are beautiful! I would maybe just try to ask him if he likes anyone or try to make him jealous and see how he reacts. That always works for me.
