  Well, if you want to look at it from a legal point of view, show me cases where women go to jail for having sex with younger guys. Sure they happen; but vs guys, it's probably 100:1 or higher.
  Lots of younger women, say 18-24 specifically date older guys. Far more often than younger guys date older women. Again, sure it happens, but the ratio would be similar.

  She isn't referring to anything legal, just social standards.
  
  I think she's right for the most part. For example, if a younger beautiful woman goes for an old rich guy, the woman is thought of as the evil gold digger but the old guy isn't frowned upon for going for the younger beautiful girl (after all, that's just natural a guy would do that everyone says). He is just as shallow as her but no one cares.
