So met this guy on dating app
He wanted to take me out for dinner and drinks and I agreed
Then he said:
"Ok cool, I will pick u up on Saturday night 😊"

We talked more
And we were actually connecting and sounds like a good, fun guy to talk to
And I told him how I get offered money from sugardaddies on the app

Then he joke around like this:

I think he might be a nice guy and you a beautiful girl. (Or maybe I'm wrong).

Maybe he is trying to let you know that he is not wealthy, in an indirect way, because he is aware you get offers from men with way more money than him, but he still likes you and wants you to pay more attention to him, his personality, and maybe his sense of humor, rather than superficial stuff.

So I guess you should ask yourself, if you don't already have the answer. What kind of girl are you? The one who cares about men having money and nice things like a expensive car (which doesn't mean you don't also care about the guy). Or the who
only cares about the person itself leaving material things apart...

If you are in the second category that doesn't necessary means you don't care how the guy behaves towards money. Because maybe he is rich, you are dating him because you truly like him and not because of his wealth, but he is also stingy, doesn't like enjoying his $ and sharing some of it with you, and you can't stand that. And I think this would make complete sense.
