Is she obsessed with him?

I have a crush and there seems to be another woman who set her eyes on him. And what's worse she has a boyfriend, who she claims she loves more than anything in the world. A couple of weeks ago she was following me, throwing herself at me telling me how there was something between her and my crush before (she knows he's my crush and that I like him) but I tried my best to avoid/ignore her. My crush found out about her following me and bothering me (not knowing what she said thiugh) and raised hell which probably is the reason in her deleting a photo with them and some other people on IG together. And she created a fake profile of my crush very recently pretending to be him and followed her main account on Instagram liking every photo of hers while simultaneously posting on her IG about how much she loves her boyfriend. I got really angry and uncontrollably wrote to her boyfriend about what she's doing he didn't give a fuck. And seemed drunk. Afterwards I told my crush about that via DM on IG and about how she told me while following me that there used to be something between em he got aggressive and then she unfollowed him. But she still keeps up that fake account liking her pictures. Anyone got idea what if she wants? And what can I do? I'm not 100 percent sure if he even likes me
