I accidentally farted in front of my date seems to be a deal beaker?

I didn't meat too my fart just slipped out. On our second date dinner at his house with his friends I was walking around the table to sit down I let it and everyone heard it I was so embarrassed but everyone was so nice about including my date and soon everyone seemed forgot about it. That was Saturday now my date won't answer my texts or calls at all but he did give me a little kiss when i lets to go home. So I'm confused did i really screw up that bad was my farting a deal breaker?

I can't imagine anyone would stop dating someone over a fart. It's really not a big deal and I would just forget it happened - like everyone else probably already did.
