Why do white men hate it so much when white women date a POC?

Well, it's only RACIST white men.
However, there is a more basic instinct at play here.

People - of WHATEVER race or religion or ethnicity or whatever - have an instinct of dividing people into two groups: Us and Them.

What is "Them"? Anyone who is not a member of "Us".

So, the other evolved instinct is that we want members of Us to form couples with other members of Us. This way, we can better keep the number of members of Us from dwindling and Us and its culture survive.

Unfortunately, bigots - and especially racists - are very narrow in their definition of "Us". People like you who are more open-minded have a more expansive and inclusive idea of what "Us" is.

OK, as for dealing with the racist asshole who say things like you are a race traitor, fire back something like this:

"Well, if you think our race should be filled with people like you, then our race shouldn't exist and I would then be happy to expedite its extinction. For example, think of all the people who complain about:

1. Interfaith dating / marriage.
2. Interracial dating / marriage.
3. Dating / marrying outside the ethnicity.
