It's really not, those kind of women are the minority.
I agree with @Subarugirl they are the minority.
If you see a post of Instagram with this kind of hypocrisy you will see it has tons of likes. But make no mistake those likes are from like minded people who all follow that kind of content. It's natural that a certain kind of content attracts only certain types of people. Enche the large amount of likes. Doesn't mean that if you go outside asking the same question on the street that you will have similar answers.
Don't let what you see on social media undermine your perception of reality.

Get mad when a guy doesn't want to date a woman cause she is not physically attracted to get fat women, etc yet when a woman does the same thing"it is your choice girl." Both men and women can have preferences in looks in dating. I just can't stand the hypocrisy with women only getting at at men though

Yes to be honest I do. If women are able to decide who they want to give attention to based on looks then women should too. But from my experience men are often very open about trying to talk to a woman based solely on looks just as much as women do, if not more so.
