Such a great question. I am so intrigued by the responses. I have bpd and my mom has told me she wonders if i’m capable of love.
I personally have done many therapy groups to help with mine. In many ways I’ve improved. However my interactions in relationships with men are still chaotic at best :(
I think if people are open to getting to know the person and understanding where their problems come from they should be willing to work with them. Yet, I have been unable to maintain a relationship.
Mine developed over the years because I was sexually assaulted by a doctor sometime between 10 and 12 and my mom refused to acknowledge it. Many issues with men grew from there 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pretty much all my Ex's have been. Now it's a hard thing to cope with and i did swear to not get with a girl who has bpd again. But now i really want that rush again they give. So I don't know.
The thing is i will never turn someone down if i like them so probably will.

I have and would do again. It comes with certain issues, but with communication they can be dealt with.

In my experience people with BPD have a certain intensity I crave that I just can't get elsewhere.

When I think of Borderline Personality Disorder, I think of Dennis from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. That's just the medical diagnosis for being a psychopathic asshole, basically. So no, I don't think I would.

I tried but will never in future , never. It sucks. Those people are generally bad or at least they appear so. Not humble , rude and never greatful and extremely prone to cheating and they will blame BPD for it. I did so much for her , from doctors , to medicine , taken care when she was sick , handled her rudeness mood swings. But always received crappy behaviour. Nobody should put up with that.
